This is a HUGE problem for a TON of people.  A lot of people just follow the herd and go for what is hot right now, when it may be a terrible fit for the person.

The strategy may require a person work 8 hours a day online, when some people can only devote 3 hours a day.  Some strategies are too complex and people won’t have time to learn the computer skills necessary to get that strategy to work etc.

Firstly, it’s all about your lifestyle, your talents and how much time you can devote.  I’ve always said this, if a person has enough time to devote to research, they can become an expert on any subject.  If you have a steady stream of income coming in, you may have the time to spend researching and learning.

If you don’t have the time for this.  You better do one of two things.  The first one is focus on what you know.  If you have some online skills, you can sell your services.  Some people think that they have to have this huge business to make a living online.  You can simply sell your services to people, online.

Maybe you can write compelling sales copy, maybe you can write articles, maybe you can do customer service for people etc.  There are so many possibilities.

If you can write, you can make money online, it’s that simple.  I think that people think making money online is this elaborate chess game when it can really be a game of checkers.

Write Private Label Rights articles or e-books about any topic that you know about and sell them to people.  Private Label Rights is where you write something and you give the buyers the rights to use your writing and take credit for it.

The next problems is where do I get hired or where do I sell my writing?  You can work freelance by getting hired by people at www.guru.com or www.elance.com

The other thing that you should do, is focus on keeping it simple, like I just gave you an example of.  If you don’t have any online talents, keep it simple, that plan I told you about, anyone can do and it keeps it simple.
